Am I Eligible for Medicaid Home Help?
Eligibility is determined by MDHHS, not by us — but the basics are simple:
1. Enrolled in Medicaid
You must have active Michigan Medicaid coverage.
2. Need Hands-On Help
You need assistance with at least one activity of daily living — bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, mobility, transferring, or toileting.
3. Apply Through MDHHS
Apply at your local MDHHS office. A caseworker visits your home to assess your needs and approve care hours. We can walk you through every step.
