Who We Are
Community Pledge In Home Care is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation based in Michigan. We provide non-medical, person-centered in-home care to older adults, people with disabilities, individuals managing chronic conditions, and anyone who needs a helping hand with daily living.
Because we are a nonprofit, our surplus doesn't go to shareholders — it goes back into the community, funding charitable care for those who cannot afford it, community health education, and better wages and training for our caregivers.

To relieve distress and promote the dignity, independence, health, and safety of elderly, disabled, and chronically ill individuals by providing compassionate, person-centered in-home care — available to those in need regardless of their source of payment.

Nonprofit Governance
Governed by an independent volunteer Board of Directors, with annual public reporting (IRS Form 990) and a strict conflict-of-interest policy.
Screened & Trained Caregivers
Every caregiver passes a Michigan criminal background check and TB screening, and completes paid orientation and ongoing monthly training.
Medicaid Compliant
Enrolled with the Michigan Medicaid Home Help Program, with state-mandated electronic visit verification on every Medicaid visit.
